As you may be aware, Intimidator has released a recall on affected units for a throttle cable issue. Please visit intimidator's website for detailed recall information- here.

Realtoys will be accepting units for repair on a weekly basis. Our existing customers will be scheduled first and all other units following them.

Realtoys Process for Recall Repair:

1) submit this form with the requested info about your UTV.

2) Realtoys files the warranty claim and orders the cable-

shipping can be 7-10 days.

3) Upon arrival of the cable, Realtoys will contact you on a

first come first served basis to schedule an appointment.

4) Once a unit's service is completed, the next unit is scheduled

for repair.

ALL units must arrive to Realtoys in a clean condition for repair. Any unit too dirty or caked with mud will be charged a $70 cleaning fee at the expense of the customer.
